RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and guide the Team of TIS - Coordinators in respective regions

- Train/motivate & develop TIS personnel to meet their goals/objectives/ targets as defined by the Company.

- Review the performance of TIS Coordinators and keep management apprised about the same.

- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and norms.

- Build relationship with businesss associates/ partners (i.e clients and vendors) at regional/ zonal level to ensure smooth execution of work viz. approval, site verification and payment.

- Source potential vendor/ contractor for site preparation works in various areas.


- Responsible for resolution and escalation of all site related issues with banks, architects/ vendors and interoffice.

- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues, preventing any dissatisfaction with Customers.

- Review performance of subcontractors and resolve all their issues.

- Weekly review of sites progress with executives and architects and inform management and client/ customer.

- Provide necessary support to Sales Team for Projection and achievement of a) Revenue Forecast I) monthly ii) Quarterly

- Gather information about the prevailing source prices from Contractors and Vendors, applicable for each configuration in accounts for TIS works.

- Design TIS Manual for each account where ever the respective HO of the bank is based.

- Provide all necessary assistance to the Installation coordinator of the region to ensure earliest installation of machines by getting the required TIS work and equipment delivered at site in the requisite timelines.

Requirements :

- MBA / BE with 6 - 8 years experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure projects.

- Excellent, written oral communication skills, presentation, negotiation, team management, relationship building skills & ability to operate independently.

- Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working in unstructured Environments

- Good networking skills with Senior Management of target customers.

- Result Oriented with track record of achievements

- Exposure to manage business in large accounts independently

- Delivery oriented and can work under pressures, will be a link between customer and the execution teams.

- Strong business acumen.
