Digiclave - Seating Design Engineer - Automobile Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- B.E./B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production and Industrial Engineering
- Product Design Experience in Automotive Seating Components (Foam, Plastic, Structure, Sheetmetal/Tubular, Mechanism, etc.) with Packaging, Layout, Ergo, DMU Checks, etc..
- Working experience in Component & System level designing.
- Perform feasibility study and provide Engineering Model for Styling convergence.
- Technical checks based on requirements from Performance such as Ergo, Comfort, Assy Process, Corporate Design Rules for each milestones.
- Approving Supplier Functional/layout drawings for the product.
- Proficient in UG (NX) and Team center is mandatory.
- Good Knowledge in Plastic / Sheet metal parts Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study.
- Knowledge in Injection Tool & molding Process / Sheet metal Tools & process.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in DFMEA, DVP&R, DFM/A/S.
