Role :- CNC Lathe Machine Operation

Location : Jaipur

CTC: 150000/- to 180000/-

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical

Job Profile:

1. Programming, setting up & operating a CNC lathe machine.

2. Translating instruction into computer command so the machine can perform the correct function

3. Capable to read mechanical drawing, specification effectively & program the machine to produce parts as per drawing & work orders. Must be capable of interpreting complex drawing. Knowledge of tool geometry.

4. Ensure that all the tools & equipments are properly used and maintained.

5. To ensure that any malfunctioning during the process is handed carefully.

6. Able to understand specifications, orthographic drawing, tolerances and reference plane for machining components or parts.

7. Safely load and unload rolls/raw material into the machine.

8. Follow the machining process as per verbal and written instructions from beginning to the end to ensure quality of parts produced.

9. Troubleshoot machining problem during process to ensure efficiency.

10. Provide tooling and fixture improvement solution as needed during each machining procedure.

11. Must be capable of developing well documented setup sheet, tool limit and other associated documentation necessary for efficient manufacturing of machined parts.

12. Knowledge about usage of various inspection & measuring tools & carry out inspection & measurement of finished/semi finished products & compare with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.

13. Check & maintain machining daily to ensure functionality & perform preventive & regular maintenance of machine, equipment &tools used in all processes.

14. Follow instruction of superior from time to time & maintain high standard of discipline.
