Direct Purchase Role - Steels & Steel Bars (3-8 yrs)
- The main aim of the job is to provide the Raw material to Production at right time with right quality like Rough turned, CNC soft and finish components.
- Initiate purchase requisition and purchase order creation with respect to material procurement plan.
- Responsible for review purchase requisition and releasing purchase orders with respect to purchasing guidelines.
- To get the material from suppliers in time with right quality.
- Accountable for pending purchase orders and clearing logistic invoices.
- Preparing supplier performance reports, sending to suppliers and review with suppliers.
- Quality deviation / rejected material handling with suppliers and coordinating with stores.
- To work on SAP (MM).
- Knowledge in various manufacturing processes like Forging, Heat treatment, Turning, Milling, Grinding and cnc machining etc.,
Qualification : BE/ Diploma - Mechanical
Note: Candidates must have experience in purchasing raw material as Steels & Steel bars.
