Job Summary

As the Head of Demand Planning, you will be responsible for leading and managing the demand planning function within a company whilst initiating the S&OP process.

Special Highlights:

This role requires a strong professional with hands on experience in setting up S&OP Process for the company with experience in working for an Multinational Company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand forecasting and analysis: Lead the demand planning team in generating accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer insights, and other relevant factors.

- Utilize statistical models and forecasting software to support data-driven decision-making.

- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Develop and implement a comprehensive S&OP process that integrates demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to align demand and supply plans, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational efficiency

- Business strategy alignment: Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning and S&OP processes with the overall business strategy.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on demand forecasting analysis

Experience Required:

- 18+ years of deep operational end-to-end planning experience

- Previous experience in setting up a global capability hub preferred.

- Experience with Kinaxis planning system preferred.

- Extensive end-to-end Supply Chain manager experience; and handle leading people and ground- breaking changes.

- Higher level degree or equivalent experience: Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- Experience of working in a matrix structure
