Subordinates : Flavor R&D Team

Skill :

- The Role offers to showcase your technical expertise on creation of flavor solutions for beverages, sweet goods, and dairy products to help our customers deliver on the promise of delicious food and beverages that consumer's love.


- It requires demonstrating your creative leadership to guide R&D Team by combine innovation, creativity, brand understanding and consumer insights with a focus to bring our customers unique offerings that differentiate their products in the marketplace.

- It also challenges your Managerial and Team handling ability to explore the performance of new technologies in relevant application systems, and demonstrate these to internal and external customers. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to create new product formulae, apply flavor and food creations in base, and produce prototypes

- Lead the R&D Laboratory team by setting priorities and to ensure that project/customer samples are dispatched efficiently and in a timely manner. Coach, train, and motivate Lab technicians to deliver the samples at quality standards.

- Team Management and Maintain excellent interpersonal relations

- Maintain Organizational Effectiveness

- Understanding of industrial and application development techniques in product development & commercialization

- Expert tasting skills and the ability to create and adjust product formulations to meet functionality and taste requirements

- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and demonstrate new technologies Excellent communication, leadership and inter-personal skills

- Computer skills and familiarity with major software program
