Job Title: Director of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitation) Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of HVAC Engineering to build and lead our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation systems, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership. This position requires a preference for German-speaking candidates, as the company is founded and operated by Swiss professionals for the Swiss market, demanding Swiss-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acting as the official Indian resident Director for our Indian Private Limited Company

- Liaising with Indian authorities (ROC, MCA, RBI) when needed

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.

- The candidate must already be able to draft using Revit or Trimble Nova.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (to be learnd).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

- Responsible for recruitment and hiring of personnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

- An Indian resident with a clean legal and tax record

- Basic understanding of corporate governance and compliance

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC engineering.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a preference for German-speaking candidates.

- Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and trends.
