Job Responsibilities - Director O&M (Solar EPC)

Responsible for ensuring PLF (Plant Load Factor) for all the Solar Power Plants across Pan India as per the designed Capacity and PPA - Profit Maximization. Ensuring Site Security - Plant Premises, Manpower, and Plant Equipment's and Documents. O&M Contracts - Monitoring and Control.

Review and Renew Security Contract and depute Manpower at Site for ensuring Plant Security 24- 7.

Complete Monitoring of Plant Performance (across Pan India) through Nodal Operating Centre and take corrective measures where ever applicable. Complete accountability for ensuring the Up time

Plant Availability for Generation. Asset Management at Site Level.

Ensure Site Audits and meeting Investors requirements (Site Visit) from time to time.

Complete accountability for Plant Maintenance - Predictive, Operative and Preventive Maintenance and adherence to the schedule. Monitor Compliances as applicable at Plant level.

Adherence to HSE&S Norms - ISO Audit - 14001 and 9001. Control on Documentation.

Monitoring of O&M Contracts and Budget - Expense Approvals as per the Sanctions.

Training and Development of Manpower on Best O&M Practices / Security Measures.

Effectively lead the teams at Site and keep them Motivated for enhanced performances.

Suggest Modifications and Innovations in Plant O&M from time to time for ensuring effectiveness.

Desired Experience and Skills:

- BE / B.Tech Electrical

- Work Experience - 20 + years

- Sound Conceptual Knowledge in O&M - Solar Power Plants

- Good Understanding of Components and Equipment's - AC and DC Side

- Good understanding Of Security Norms - Security Contracts and Security Supervision at Site level.
