Management is keen to induct a senior professional as Director-Operations, reporting to promoter-family member.

Location - Non-metro large city in North India

1, Position: Director (Operations)

2. Accountable to: Board of Directors

3. Scope of the Position/Key Deliverables:

- Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers.

- Business strategy & planning

- Drive P&L thru improvised ops incl lean mfg, process improvisation & cost rationalization

- Lead operations across multiple facilities in integrated complex including New Projects & New Programs, Product Engineering & VE

- Support & improve Supply Chain

- Enhance Employee capabilities thru innovative programs

4. Specs for the Position:

- Education : B.Tech from a leading institutes & MBA (preferred)

- Age: Min 48- Max 62 years

- Skill-set: high integrity, impeccable analytics, tactical numerate & intuitive, strategic persuasive, deft people management skills, exceptional customer-eccentricity, execution-focused, networked, digital-savvy

5. Compensation: Flexible & negotiable (target range: INR 1.20-2.00 crores /annum

The position forms integral part of group's strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics & deft people management skills.
