Director - Operations - Locomotive/Rolling Stock Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)
Director Operations (Locomotive/ Rolling Stock Mfg)
- Should be able to handle entire plant operations
- Strong in handling Greenfield plant with large size Auto OEM, Rolling Stock Manufacturing or heavy engineering company
- Strong people management skill at large level
- Policy Deployment and formulating new policies
- Liasoning with Govt and other stake holders
- Prime responsibility to handle smooth running of plant
- Will be responsible for Production, Commissioning, Manpower planning, Quality, Engineering, SCM and all other functions
Job Requirement :
- Minimum 20 years experience in Large Auto OEM, Bus Manufacturer, Boogies Mfg, Rolling Stock Mfg or Metro Railway background.
- Should be First class graduate from premium institute
