Director - Urban Development (13-20 yrs)
We have an opening for Director- Urban Development for a leading China based industrial leader with operations across the world.
Please note the JD for the role:
- Covering aspects ranging from Architecture, Urban Planning & Design, project feasibility study, project implementation, land use planning, development control regulations, architectural 'look and feel' aspects, urban design of public and private spaces, new town - project formulation
- Implementation and monitoring of Township projects
- Would be responsible for complete urban planning of project (except residential and commercial)
- Meet with public officials, developers, and the public regarding development plans and land use
- Gather and analyze economic and environmental studies, censuses, and market research data
- Present projects to communities, planning officials, and planning commissions
- End to end project execution (Planning, development, execution)
- Would be responsible for complete maintenance post execution.
- Build team from scratch.
