Dispatch Executive (0-1 yrs)
JD :
- Execute order processing and approval follow up.
- Customer visit for order update and invoice clearing.
- Update on customer orders and communication to customer.
- Approve Daily / Monthly Production planning (Moulding/Fettling) with Order Review/Work order execution and update in ERP.
- Follow up with production department and update the status on production.
- Daily status on actual and achieved production data.
- Generating Invoice/DC for dispatch items.
- Reporting to production head on daily basis and update the status.
- Maintaining ISO documents and records maintaining.
- Handling Planning executive on production planning and documentation work.
- All the RFQ's are to be evaluated & processed with respect to PED/WO Requirements
- PO's are to be evaluated with respect to PED/WO Requirements
- Order Clarification with customer wherever required
- Drawing and TDC issue control.
- Development of New Customers.
- Market Survey.
QUALIFICATION : BE MECH
EXPERIENCE : FRESHER
SALARY : 10000-12000
