Dispatch Executive - Distribution Management (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for overall Dispatch Activity and made Dispatch Planning as per marketing instruction.
- Create Packing Slip, Gate Pass Generate and Document as per Party Requirement.
- Creating Invoice As Per Requirement.
- Create E-Way Bill as Per Govt Rules And Regulations.
- Coordinating with Marketing & Production Department for Dispatch Priority
- Coordinating with Party, marketing, Inspection, Finishing operation, warehouse and commercial teams on product related issue.
- Daily Arrange Vehicle to Distributions center to Party Destination Center
- Checking Efficiency, Fill rates, Supply rate of the center and informing to upper level management for decision making process.
- Handle the manpower, equipment and reduce the cost
- Setting & achieving the targets.
- Coordinating With Export Department For Planning Container regarding Dispatch Of Goods.
