Dispatcher (2-5 yrs)
We are #hiring for the role of Dispatcher to join our organization. We are based out in the Noida location.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Dispatcher needs to track each & every load booked by our Company.
- Need to take care of tracking Loads by tracking Trucks & by keeping in touch with Drivers.
- Need to take care of loads Pickup on Time by taking ETA's & ATA's.
- Need to take care of loads Deliveries on Time by taking ETA'S & ATA- S.
- Updates to brokers on real Time basis regarding their booked loads.
- Taking care of tracking Trailers of our company with setup Systems at Dropped locations.
- Giving accurate responses to brokers over Email & Phone regarding their queries.
Qualification & Experience :
- Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous.
- 2-3 yrs. Of experience in a similar industry, Experienced in managing freight & customers handling would be preferred.
Skills :
- Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc.
- Basic mathematical skills required.
- Excellent time management, quick decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be open to work in US Shift (Night Shift: 10 Hrs. duration) and 6 days working.
