Job Description :
- Take Priority of Tool Design after getting Component's 2D & 3D drawing with Model.
- Prepare concept Drawing and review with CFT team.
- Complete the tool design, mould housing, HRS details along with BOM.
- Review the Detail tool Design along with CFT.
- After checking the Drawing, issue the Design to Toolroom.
- Send Housing & HRS Manifold(if applicable) Drawing and Rack and gear Drawing for quotation.
- Track the in-house machining work, and clarify the Drawing if required (In-house or Vendor end)
- Coordinate with molding for mould trial
- Attend the mould trails in molding
- Take decisions for corrective action for observed problem of components, highlighted by QA/molding/production
- Prepare the list of wrong design caught during machining
- After validation of the component, update and give revision in Tool Design as per actual parts
- Save the Final Drawing on server
- In case of any modifications, in it's tool no. Make a separate folder and design the tool revision-wise
Candidates Profile :
- Should have the basic knowledge of Measuring Instrument
- Basic Knowledge of Molding Process
- Knowledge of Tooling Machine
- Basic Knowledge of Plastic Material
- Able to differentiate 1st Angle Projection and 3rd Angle Projection
- Knowledge of Solid Work
- Can Prepare Fixture Design after seeing the requirement
