Job Description :
Inter/Intra department Coordination :
- Maintaining Stock records and making it available at CNF Location.
- Coordination with sales team pan India for receiving of Sales Return (Expiry/Brakeage/Saleable Return).
- Timely and accurate Inter/Intra departmental coordination with concerned team members for day-to-day operational activities of the department.
- Support employees/seniors/distribution partners for operational queries related but not limited to logistics and distribution.
Stock Management :
- Maintaining rational inventory and level at all assigned distribution partners.
- Maintain & periodic review of stock level and stocks register of all depots and other appointed distribution partners/channels.
- Timely and accurate coordination with all distribution channels(internal/external) to avoid any hindrance to smooth operations of the business in the desired geographical locations across the nation.
- Regularly updating oneself with recent market knowledge and developing secondary resources to support the smooth operations in case of any contingency.
- Timely billing and invoice generation in consultation with depots, distributors and concerned field employees.
MIS :
- Prepare and maintain data and MIS, regularly and periodically sharing with manager/seniors as and when required (reports related to sales, expiries, goods return, etc.)
- Maintaining the reports for internal/external audits.
- Follow up with employees/distribution partners to ensure timely sharing of required data for departmental needs.
- Self-audit of distribution reports before sharing to intended team members.
