Distribution Head - Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for some one who is working in FMCG / Retail vertical with team size handled 150+ and also warehouse spanning 200000 sft.
- Education : Master's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Working Experience : 10-15 years relevant experience (Preferred in Warehouse management / Customer Service / Order processing / Manufacturing Logistics)
- Six Sigma certification is an additional preference.
- Experience in order processing, truck planning, warehouse management, inventory management, controlling and managing a team.
- Knowledge or exposure to SAP-WMS (preferred)
- Exposure to process excellence approaches / methodologies
- Possess sound knowledge in VAT/CST transactions
- Report deviations and carryout root cause analysis with CAPA methods to prevent and recurrence of issues.
- Ensure team on proper utilization of MHE and safety and zero breakdown for the regular and continuity of operations.
- Mentor and coach the coordinator's on the ISO process, train the individual on creating various process flow charts monitoring and create a value addition in the system.
- Should be able to speak English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada
