Divyasree Developers - Procurement Manager - Vendor Management - Restaurant Chains (5-7 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
1. Identify and negotiate and Contract with Vendors for supply of Diary, Chicken, Lamb, Fish, Prawns, Provisions, Packaging Material for year long fixed prices.
2. Manage purchases of Vegetables on a daily basis from the Whole sale vegetable market
3. Issue Raw Materials to the Kitchen based on the indent.
4. Plan the available man power for effective service delivery including people management, hiring and leave management
5. Ensure ERP use at 100% at all stages of procurement Operations
6. Manage the Hygiene and cleanliness of the Stores at the highest possible standards
7. Store items procured in a clean and hygienic environment at appropriate temperatures.
8. Generate and circulate Daily/weekly/Monthly MIS as required by the Business Leader
9. Identify, set, implement and document all procurement Processes and systems
1. Any graduate
1. A minimum of 5 years experience in known Restaurant Chains or 3/5 Star Hotels
2. 1 or 2 Years experience Procurement Manager
3. At least 1 Year experience as Assistant F & B Manager/ F & B Manager
Skills, Traits & Abilities :
1. Decent English/Kannada/Hindi communication skills
2. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Proven track record of Effective and Efficient work delivery
