Job Description :

- Looking out for teh above mentioned role for one of the client for their Manufacturing Plant.

The job responsibilities would be as mentioned below :

- This role is responsible for catering to indirect procurement at Plant level . It requires interaction with Production, Maintainence, Product development, Technology, Quality, Service, HR. Handling a spend of INR 10 Crore / PA

- Responsible for SAP generated PO's, Contracts letter and Job orders.

- Interacting with Cross functional Team to understand their requirements and organizing and fulfilling their requirements

- Ensuring adherence to internal processes at Plant level.

- Ensuring compliance to Legal and statutory requirements for Scrap Sale.

- Act as coordinator on Indirect Purchase with other departments.

- Lead cost saving initiatives.

- Participate in all Indirect Negotiation

- Ensuring required reporting of Indirect spend

- Ensuring custom clearance of indirect items and dealing with CHA

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 11,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate with experience into Indirect Procurement.

- The person would be dealing with the internal as well as the external stakeholders where the Internal Stakeholder would be the Production, Maintenance, Projects, HR, Finance Team and the External Stakeholder would be the Vendors

Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
