DM - PPC Sales Coordinator - Heavy Machinery Domain (4-10 yrs)
Key Deliverable:
- Understand Domestic Sales Requirement, Convert requirements to production Plan in co-ordination with Materials & Fabrications availability. Single point contact for Domestic & Export sales from Plant.
- MIS on aspects related to sales, billing, production & variance w.r.t plan
- Export machines planning & co-ordinate with Production & Logistics to ensure machine readiness as per shipping schedule
- Daily, Weekly, monthly & Quarterly MIS
Job Role:
1. Sales Plan conversion to production Plan, Co-ordinate weekly forecast review for Domestic requirement planning & S&OP on Monthly basis for Export Machine Planning
2. Ensure machine readiness as per sales commitment (Domestic & Export)
3. Timely release of production plan & MRP update in SAP
4. Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS on Sales, Production & Variance
5. Industry trend Analysis
