- The Key responsibility includes handling efficiently all the procurement activities related to Commercial, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting Sprinkler, and Electrical and associated spare parts, etc.
Responsibilities of Procurement Manager (MEP/Mechanical/ Electrical) includes :
- To review / assess MEP Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
- Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and delivery dates.
- To prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price, technical specifications and company norms.
- Identify competent new vendors/service providers and develop and maintain approved vendor list.
- Coordinate with regional/local Purchase, Engineering and Planning teams and ensure commercial, contractual and legal compliances in procurement transactions.
- Develop new cost effective products and services to the project team etc.
- Develop and maintain external provider relationship and establish approved vendor list.
- Overall 7-12 years- experience, out of which minimum 5 years in related field of specialization.
Qualification : 10+2 + B.E / Diploma in Electrical (All first class)with Job stability
