JOB DESCRIPTION
Name of the Position: Executive - SCM
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 3 to 5 years in SCM function
Reporting: Manager - SCM
Location: Hyderabad
No of Positions: 3
Competencies:
- Very good level of LIS ERP operating skills
- Exceptional skills in MS Office
- Good in communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Good analysing skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To maintain reordering stock of the materials
- To raise purchase order as and when required
- To follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding the materials against the POs
- To receive materials and verifying with POs
- To make goods receipt notes (GRN) in the system and submit to accounts department
- To issue materials to the concerned departments by obtaining the indents
- To liaise with vendors to get competitive quotations
- To prepare the consumption reports of materials and submit to the HOD
- To oblige the other responsibilities as and when required assigned by the HOD
