Performance Indicators
Preparation of
Equipment Layouts, Piping Layout drawings, Support drawings based on the inputs given by Design Engineer / Layout Engineer
Isometrics and MTO independently
No of drawings prepared per day
Piping layouts A1 -1 no.
Equipment layouts A1 - 1 no.
Isometrics A3 - 6 nos.
Amount saved/reduction in cost - due to optimization of layouts
Cost Reduction - due to less number of revisions
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum qualifications required : Diploma / ITI - Mechanical
AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION and PDS/PDMS/SP3D added advantage
Minimum experience: 4 - 10 years
Job-specific skills required in :
Power Plants / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical & Refinery / PIPE LINE
Plot plan, Equipment layouts, Piping layouts
Detailed Engineering Drawings
Isometrics drawings
Nozzle Orientation & Vessel Clip Drawings
Civil Information Drawings
MTO, Support drawings & support schedule
Statutory Drawings
Drafting Standards
AutoCAD
Micro-station
PDS / PDMS / SP3D (ANY ONE)
