- Facilitates technical Drilling training courses in classroom, Training rig; Presents information through the spoken and written word; Presents information through demonstrations and hands-on training.
- Provide on Job coaching and mentoring for candidates in field when it is required - Continuously improves technical Drilling training programs, objectives, exams and skill evaluations to meet business and regulatory requirements.
