Drive Motor Design Expert - Electric Vehicle (8-12 yrs)
Our client is looking for candidate with experience on Drive Motor Design Hardware, skills should match to an expert level. Work location is in China.
Work Location : Baoding city, Hebei province, China
Salary : Negotiable
Area : Drive Motor design
Project : Drive Motor hardware design
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the design and development of EV/PHEV electric Motor, controller and other electronic hardware.
2. Responsible for electric Motor design requirements, drawing up electric Motor specifications, drawing design guidance, drawing confirmation and approval.
3. Be responsible for communication with supplier about technology problem in the electric Motor design and development- confirm the technology status, confirm the files and drawing which supplied by supplier
4. Be responsible for writing testing standard of electric Motor- designing the testing bench for testing motor's function- performance and durability, doing the tests
5. Be responsible for guidance and training for staff- guidance OJT- improving the design ability Independent design team personnel training
6. Be responsible for building the standard, design manual and design recipe for electric Motor
Ability and Experience Requirements :
Must :
1. More than 7 years experience on EV/PHEV drive motor electric Motor design and developing

1. Have experience on drive motor hardware about EV and PHEV
2. From OEMs or suppliers
