Role Summary:

- Requesting Purchase Orders through REVGEN.

- Working with account to get documentation necessary to request Purchase Order (ORC, Source con, etc.).

- Tracking Purchase Orders and providing status to requestors.

- Tracking invoices and assisting in getting payment.

- Researching methods for procuring hardware, software and outside labor on request.

- Providing feedback on procurement processes and working with internal teams to improve processes.

- Supporting transition/separation activity.

- Researching and taking action on Purchase Orders (close, extend, etc.)

- Prepare reports on Weekly/Monthly frequency and present the same to leadership team

- Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides at account level and exhibit performance outcome month wise to all the PRM service line stakeholders

- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.

- Typically experience in procurement or supply chain function.

- Global experience preferred.

- Strong communication skills.

- Good understanding of corporate compliance.
