- Looking out for the mentioned role for a manufacturing setup. Job Description is as mentioned below.
- Should have good knowledge of machining aspects of gears - Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, Heat Treatment, Grinding, Turning etc
- Should have good knowledge about new technologies & machines of gear cutting
- Understanding of budgeting process and commercial knowledge of machines & machining
- Ability to work out cycle time and various ways to reduce the cycle time and increasing productivity
- Knowledge of gear cutting tools
- Should be able to follow up with machine manufacturers for customization of machines
- Pre-installation activities for machine erection & commissioning
- Planning for all accessories of new machines
- Machine shifting
- Retrofitting of old machines
- Ensure system adherence as per quality standards
- Should have good knowledge of using tools & systems
Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
