We are currently hiring for the position of " Dy. Manager/Manager-In charge Formulation" for one of the leading Breaking systems Brake Linings, Disc Pads, Railways Brake Blocks, Clutch Facings, Commercial Vehicle Brake Pads, Sintered Brake Pads.

Position :

Experience : 5+Years

Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Metallurgy)

Location: Chennai (Ambattur)

CTC : 15-20% Hike from Current CTC.

Position Summary:

This role holder is responsible for developing new Sintered material formulation related new product to meet the market requirement.

Minimum Requirements:

- Knowledge on Sintering Process/Powder Metallurgy related materials and properties

- Experience in Metallurgical Testing and Evaluation / Lab testing

- To develop new products by application knowledge of sintered formulations

- To develop new formulations based on their experience and information available

- To improve the process methods

- To introduce new materials

Responsibilities:

- Conduct material testing in order to develop the process or products

- Gather information about the raw materials

- Gather information about new formulations and develop cost related database

- Give material specifications to QA for inspecting incoming materials

- Design reviews with customers and manufacturing functions

- Design, Validation, planning and reporting.
