a. Ensure maintenance compliance from schedule, equipment availability and quality of maintenance.

b. Ensure equipment is available for operation as per operation planning; reliability shall be measure to measure equipment performance.

c. Ensure prompt response to any breakdown and ensures that right work force is available to attend the defect.

e. Responsible for execution of PM activities of all the equipment on time. Preparation of PM checklist for new equipment

2.Power consumption.

a. Monitor electricity, analyze power consumption and take necessary measures to reduce the power consumption

a. Ensure minimum inventory as per operation requirement. There should be equipment non-availability due to inventory and shall not be excess inventory

a. Study opportunities for automation, preparation of scope docuemtn in operation., DC & LT and implement the

a. Implement and ensure that all safety rules and regulations or policies are laid down by Management are followed.

b. Ensure that safety is being compliance through SAP.

6.Budgeting

a. Preparation of annual maintenance budget from the business plan.

b. Ensure expenses are per budget and there is no variation.

7.Documentation

a. Ensure adherence to safety norms, timely verification of measuring equipment and IMS documentation.
