- Good back ground in Aero structures
- Understanding on various types of corrosion's
- He/She should have worked on MSG-3 projects on Structures
- Should be able to start immediately
- Strong aircraft engine functional knowledge
- MS Office suite practice
- Be thorough, accurate with a strong analytic mind
- Fluent English, including fluency in communication using technical aircraft vocabulary
- FMECA (Failure modes, effects and critical analysis)
- Technical reporting skills
- Team player with good communication skills
