We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our digital operations.

Role Overview : As an E-commerce Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms and tech stack including Shopify, Zoho Inventory, CRM, ClickPost, and other integrated systems. The ideal candidate will focus on refining automations, streamlining backend operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify, Zoho Inventory, ClickPost, and CRM platforms.

- Monitor and improve integrations and automations between tools to enhance operational efficiency.

- Regularly audit and update product listings, order flows, and inventory sync across platforms.

- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve order fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.

- Work with internal teams to implement features, plugins, and tools aimed at improving customer experience.

- Analyze customer journeys and propose optimizations for better engagement and retention.

- Support tech-led initiatives to scale e-commerce operations and automation.

- Collaborate with customer support and supply chain teams to streamline communication and feedback loops.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or related fields (Engineering, IT, E-commerce, etc.)

- Strong understanding of D2C or FMCG e-commerce workflows (preferred).

- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Shopify, Zoho Inventory, CRMs, logistics tools (ClickPost or similar) is a big plus.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tools and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
