eCommerce Operations Manager - FMCG (4-8 yrs)

Role Purpose:
Lead all D2C e-commerce operations including order management, inventory, warehousing, dispatch, Amazon operations, returns/refunds, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing, dispatch, shipment tracking.
- Reduce RTO, NDR, and manage courier coordination.
- Handle Amazon/Flipkart backend operations (non-media):
- Inventory
- Pricing
- Listing QC
- Claims reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse for packaging standards & QC.
- Manage customer support across email, WhatsApp, social.
- Track inventory, stock forecasting with manufacturing team.
- Build SOPs for returns, replacements, and complaint resolution.
- Maintain hygiene of listings, ratings, reviews.
Requirement :
- FMCG experience mandatory
- Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands
- Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style
