We are seeking skilled and proactive Machine Operators to support daily operations at our production facility. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in operating manufacturing or processing equipment, following production schedules efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Role And Responsibilities :

- Equipment Operation: Set Up, Operate, And Monitor Assigned Machinery In Accordance With Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Safety Guidelines.

- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct Routine Checks, Cleaning, And Minor Repairs On Machines To Prevent Unplanned Downtimes. Notify Maintenance For Major Issues.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure Products Meet Specifications By Performing In-process Checks, Adjusting Equipment Settings, And Reporting Any Deviations.

- Troubleshooting: Identify Operational Issues And Perform Basic Troubleshooting To Resolve Minor Mechanical Or Electrical Faults.

- Documentation: Record Operational Data Such As Output, Downtime, And Machine Parameters In Logs Or Digital Systems.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere Strictly To Ppe Requirements, Safety Signage, Lock-out/tag-out (Loto) Procedures, And Emergency Protocols.

- Support Team Operations: Collaborate With Supervisors And Other Team Members To Ensure Smooth Shift Transitions And Effective Workflow.

- Material Handling: Load Raw Materials And Unload Finished Goods While Maintaining Cleanliness Around Machines And Ensuring Material Traceability.

- Technical Improvement: Stay Updated On Equipment Manuals, Attend Training Sessions, And Suggest Improvements To Reduce Cycle Time And Increase Efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Candidates must have completed ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience of relevant role, preferably within the manufacturing, agri-inputs, or related industries
