Looking for below position of EHS Lead with leading group working across verticals.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Leads, coaches, and mentors Projects/Services EHS Leader

- Understands and serves the needs of distributed operations

- Develop and implement services EHS Programs as required

- Understands and serves the needs of businesses and One EHS functions

- Drives health & safety compliance and the reduction of risk

- Supports the EHS Services Council

- Provides operational assistance after a major EHS incident or event occurs

- Maintains a relationship with applicable regulatory bodies

- Supports all other demands as assigned

- Liaise with other functions ( not limited to ), to ensure the proper focus on EHS within a global managerial approach :

a. UMC (Safety visits and action plan monitoring)

b. HR (trainings, skills assessments, just & fair approach, employees consultations),

c. Tenders (customer demands, risks & costs estimates),

d. Projects (EHS plans and EHS resources),

e. Engineering (Design for Safety, Gate reviews)

f. Quality (management systems, Unit improvement plan, NCR),

g. Finance (CAPEX and budgets),

h. Sourcing (Contractors qualification and development, Suppliers conformity),

i. E&C (site mobilization, Risks Assessments & Method Statements, Control of Contractors)

Role Summary/Purpose

This position ensures that the company's solutions business of projects and services operations comply with regulations, meet customer EHS requirements, develop programs and deliver EHS excellence. The person will mentor frontline EHS project/services leaders and help to manage issues/ concerns and build a network for sharing expertise and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent from an accredited college or university and Full time diploma in industrial safety . OR Masters in Industrial Safety.

- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience i.e overseeing the execution of EHS programs at Project sites and minimum 2 years for similar leadership role

- Experience in leading EHS programs at projects/services sites

- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
