EICL - Executive - Research & Development - Technical Innovation (3-5 yrs)

Job Location : Trivandrum, Kerala
Key Responsibilities :
- Synthesis of R&D lab batches (New product and modifications)
- Verification of new raw material & lab level processing of the final products
- Perform testing & scaling up the new products/ modifications at plant level
- Support product development team on projects and sample development
- Operate pilot plant for materials preparation
- Perform product related application work
Requirements :
- B.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering)
- Exposure in Minerals/ Mining or chemical industry having 3 - 5 years of experience
- Coordinate among Technical Innovation activities and Production site
- Basic understanding or exposure to paints/ paper/ rubber/ ceramics industry
