Superior Group is assisting a Buffalo sheet metal manufacturing plant who is searching for Electrical Assemblers 1st shift!

- Assemble parts or units - work with assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools and power tools.

- Connect cables and wiring according to specifications

- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly

- Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electromechanical units.

- Inspect, test and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.

- Strong soldering skills a must

Physical Requirements

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects/materials using proper safety equipment/measures. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

$12.25/hr. OT may be required. Temp to possible perm position based on attitude, attendance, and performance.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Must have High School diploma or GED

- Must have 6 months of assembly experience

- Must have 6 months of recent soldering experience

- Must have 6 months of experience performing your own quality testing with high attention to detail

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

- 2 years of soldering experience preferred

- Must have dependable transportation
