Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years (Only Residential / Multi-Storey Building Project Experience will be considered)
Job Summary
The Electrical Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and certifying electrical RA bills, final bills, and variation bills for residential and high-rise multi-storey building projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate billing, cost control, and compliance with approved BOQs and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and variation bills for electrical works
- Measure and certify executed quantities as per approved drawings and BOQs
- Coordinate with site engineers to verify actual work executed at site
- Prepare running account statements, reconciliation statements, and abstracts
- Track work progress against billing milestones
- Handle client, consultant, and PMC billing queries and clarifications
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents
- Monitor variations, extra items, and deviations from BOQ
- Assist in cost control, budget tracking, and material reconciliation
- Support final billing, reconciliation, and project close-out activities
- ERP / Billing software (if applicable)
