Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Electrical Department, overseeing day-to-day operations and project execution.

- Plan, design, and supervise electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and partner quotations for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns in the team.

- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational safety protocols.

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions during project execution.

- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).

- Min. 4 years of professional experience in Electrical Projects/ Ops/ Management.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven track record of leading a team and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
