Electrical Design Engineer (0-5 yrs)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer & PLC Programmer located in Indore. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, Programming and maintaining electrical systems with testing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in various industrial applications & Automation System and components, while ensuring that they comply with industry standards and safety codes. Additionally, the Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and will work closely with technicians and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and up to specification.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.

- Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, E-Plan, and/or SolidWorks Electrical.

- Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g. NEC, NFPA 70E).

- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of electrical and automation.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text.

- Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and testing PLC programs for industrial control systems.

- Proficiency in using software applications such as Machine Expert Schneider, RSLogix 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, and Phoenix Contact.

- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and electrical controls.

- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication skills.

- Experience in HMI/SCADA systems is a plus.
