Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Drafting:

- Create detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and plans for electrical systems in real estate projects, with a focus on high-rise buildings.

- Use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce accurate and clear electrical drawings.

- Collaborate with electrical engineers to convert design concepts into technical drawings.

Technical Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.

- Ensure that all electrical drawings and documents adhere to project specifications and industry standar

Quality Assurance:

- Review and verify electrical drawings and plans for accuracy and completeness.

- Assist in conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure that electrical installations meet safety and quality standards.

Coordination:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate electrical design requirements into project plans effectively.

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify design specifications and resolve design-related issues.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that all electrical drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Stay updated on relevant electrical codes and standards, incorporating changes into design work as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Draughtsman, with exposure to high-rise real estate projects being a distinct advantage.

- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, with experience in AutoCAD being preferred.

- Basic understanding of electrical systems, components, and equipment.

- Familiarity with local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is advantageous
