Electrical Designer - MEP (5-7 yrs)

Must-Have:
- Experience in MEP Designing.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- MEP Design and Detailing
- Define and drive clear working schedules to support the upcoming projects in alignment with the Project Design teams
- Lead and direct the MEP design team for creating the design pack as per defined norms and site conditions
- Draw a detailed BOQ with specifications within the defined variance norms
- Create the financial budgets and RC for projects in collaboration with the commercial & execution teams
- Define and drive standards, checks and measures for validating the quality of work, material and workmanship at the site at various stages of execution and take required actions to address issues
- Manage the maintenance of the material board for all MEP works
- Ensure as built drawings & design output are obtained from the relevant stakeholders and maintained
- Work on rate analysis and open costing for every component to get the right costing
- Introduce innovative design and material usage ideas to improve the standard of deliverables
- Drive energy saving initiatives to optimize energy consumption
- Introduce new ideas to minimize maintenance cost at stores
- Create and drive the standard measurement criteria for checking on site data and take required actions to address deviations
