Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical site execution and billing activities for ongoing construction projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of electrical installations, quantity measurement, and preparation of bills as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Electrical Site Execution :

- Supervise electrical works at site including wiring, conduits, panels, lighting, earthing, and power systems

- Ensure electrical work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards

- Coordinate with civil team, MEP teams, contractors, and labour

- Inspect material quality and ensure proper installation practices

- Prepare daily site progress reports

Billing & Quantity Measurement

- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills for electrical works

- Take site measurements and prepare BOQs and quantity abstracts

- Verify quantities as per drawings and actual site execution

- Maintain measurement books, billing files, and supporting documents

- Coordinate with accounts and management for bill submission and approvals

Planning & Coordination :

- Assist in electrical work planning and execution schedules

- Identify site issues, clashes, or delays and propose solutions

- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical contractor firm

- Strong knowledge of electrical site execution and billing

- Experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office

- Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, specifications, and electrical standards

- Ability to manage both site work and office billing responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MEP coordination experience is an advantage

- Practical, site-oriented approach

- Capable of working independently under deadlines

- Strong coordination and documentation skills
