Electrical Engineer - Food/Spice (5-8 yrs)
Electrical Engineer required for well-known Manufacturing Company in Rourkela, Odisha.
Post: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer
Experience: 05 - 07 years in Food/ Spice or Any Manufacturing Industry.
Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Location: Rourkela, OD.
Salary: 30K - 40K (As per skills & experience).
Responsibilities :
- To Plan and execute all maintenance activities on the Plant and ensure zero down time of machines and utility equipment's (Power, DG, WTP, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air-Compressors, ETP/STP, etc.).
- To ensure 100% effective functioning of utility equipment - Air Compressor, Air-Driers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, WTP, Power, DG Set, RO Plant, ETP/STP, Boiler and Pumps etc. for production lines.
- To ensure Zero down time of equipment's for production lines.
- Ensure that Preventive maintenance is performed regularly in plants while the equipment is still working, so that it does not break down unexpectedly.
- To carryout scheduled planned maintenance at agreed intervals.
- Work in coordination with cross functional team (production and maintenance) for smooth running of plant.
- To share weekly report of maintenance activity for inter-departmental meeting as well as to Management.
