Job Description :

- BE Electrical (Mandatory Full time, No Diploma Holders Please)

- Planning and executing the Design based report for assigned works within time.

- Extensive design knowledge of various norms and codes for Plumbing, public health, Fire- fighting, smoke extraction/ Ventilation and life safety system for large buildings, Fuel storage and vital Electrical installations etc.

- Adopting application of FIDIC bid documents Yellow and Red books.

- Interface requirements with various other MEP/Architectural, Electrical and Civil systems to be developed and managed

- Preparing weekly progress reports

- Coordinate with client officials for presenting design for seeking relevant approvals and discussions.

- Familiar with standard safety procedures and codes.

- Should be well converscent with local laws viz. Fire regulations, EIA requirements, CPCB and other statutory requirements including BIS codes, NFPA, CPWD specifications and NBC-2016 guidelines etc.

- Should have sound knowledge of formulating tender specifications/BOQ for the various above referred systems based on FIDIC norms.

- Liasoning with MOR and NHSRC

Pls note the above position is Period of 2.6yrs on the payrolls of the organisation.

Salary:INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
