Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and test innovative electrical systems, components, and technologies. Person with core competency in areas of Electric Power Trains, EV Architecture, Battery Engineering, Testing and Validation, design of vehicle electrical system as per AIS Standards and other CMVRs as per the project program, 3D routing and DFMEA, Manage all drawings and DATA with appropriate software knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing 3D electrical routing and component packaging with installation, 2D schematics for wining harnesses, Motor controller, Instrument cluster, Infotainment Systems, display equipment, creating symbol/dbc files for ECU's of the vehicle CAN architecture.
- Working on proto vehicle coordinating with vendor, product testing with various load profiles, work on trouble shooting with vehicle parts.
- Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and opportunities
- Develop prototypes and test electrical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in R&D or product development
- Worked with L2, L3, L4, L5 category of mobility
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and technologies
Simulation - MATLAB, Simulink, Proteus, Multisim
- Designing - AutoCad, CATIA, CREO
- ERP
- Debugging - Like STlink V2, PCAN, Explorer 6, Busmaster
- Development & Testing - Like CANoe
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools (e.g., CAD, SPICE)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
