a. Cleaning Removal of dust
b. Chipping filling with adhesives(Araldite) 2 persons Semi skilled
c. Applying putty for smooth surface ITI patternmaker with 3 yrs exp or
d. Inspection 6 yrs exp without Edu Qualification
3. Correction & Development work
a. Reading drawing and making correction to specification,.
to customers, Gap in dimensions
b. Damage/ old pattern overhaul (Retrofitting)
c. Development
d. Design engineering 2 persons - Skilled
e. Inspection ITI patternmaker with
f. Making accessories 10 yrs exp or 15 - 20
g. Gauges yrs exp ( 10th/12th )
Electrical Maintenance : with C License
DEE with C License - Exp of 3+ years in Maintenance
Experience in Foundry is preferred.
Welding : Experience in ARC Welding and Gas Cutting
