Electrical Shift In charge - Job Description and Requirements:

Job description, ensuring clarity and accuracy:

- Work in the shift and handle the shift activities.

- Execute Preventive Maintenance Plan

- Attending Machine electrical Breakdown and resolving issues within stipulated time.

- Update the Maintenance record i.e. PM plan, BD data, Machine history card etc.

- Monitoring of Power distribution and energy consumption.

- Ensure availability of Utility Facilities (EOT Cranes, DG Set, Air Compressor, Weigh Scales, CCTV etc.)

- Monitoring of Solar system.

- Execute Statutory Compliances- Testing of Lifting Tools & Tackles, Calibration of Weighing Scale.

- Spare Parts Management.

- Improvement projects to be carried out for machine reliability.

- Basic Knowledge of IATF is required to maintain documentation.

- Knowledge of Maintenance parameters like MTTR, MTBF, SCADA system, & Power distribution etc.,

- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yoke

- Hands on experience on trouble shooting of S7300/ 400, G120.S120, PLC & drives.

- Equipment control system, sensors, AC motors, Synchronous Motor.

- Knowledge of SAP - PP, MM Module

- Operation of DG Set & Electricity Line

- To eliminate unsafe conditions & practices

Required qualifications, skills, and experience for the role.

- B.E./Diploma - Electrical Engineering

- 5-8 Years (relevant Experience)

- Proficiency in Communication (Hindi & English).
