- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site. (Experience in low voltage and low current operation)

- Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.

- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.

- Manage directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical workgroups at the site.

- Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

- Coordinates with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.

- Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.

- To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erections & commissioning.

- Review inspection reports and records of QC carried out on completed and running Project activities.

- Manage Construction Schedules

- Conduct System Testing

- Responsibility for the daily coordination and direct with subcontractors

- Superficial knowledge of a list of sub / drawings

- Implementation of the tasks entrusted to it a week and working arrangement with daily and weekly during the short daily meetings

- To provide an update on the Executive Director of the weekly list of tasks

- Responsible for the work of subcontractor's bills

- Execution of internal and external electrification work as per approved drawing and specification.

Preparation of electric work schedule as per site requirement.

- Conduct site inspections and reporting of electrical activities daily and weekly.

- Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HT, LT panel and Distribution Boards.

- Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Transformer DG set, UPS.

- Laying of Cables, wires, Conduits and Cable trays.

- ITC of Earthing Pits, strips.

- ITC for ELV system with Competitive knowledge.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited university.

- Candidate needs to be ready to work from construction site at Sanand which may change later on.

- Experience in a similar role for at least 8 years.

- Experience in handling construction management of electrical distribution of atleast 10MVA and voltage level of at least 33kV in a single project.

- Should Know the process of LOTO.

- Competitive Knowledge of Safety Norms for execution in green field as well as brown field.

- Project Commissioning of pharma, Cleanroom environment Projects Preferrable.

- Relevant experience in Electrical design in a consultancy organisation for

- Transmission and Distribution systems - Indoor GIS/Outdoor Switchyards, up to 400kV AC systems.

- Encouraging and developing teamwork both within team and between teams, internally and externally.

- Contracting, Consulting & Constructions industry is a must

- Experience in Brown field & Green Field project is preferred

- Great leadership and organizational skills.

- Computer literacy in MS office-and basic knowledge of AUTOCAD/3D Modelling Software like Revit is essential.

- Ability to work in independently with lead office as part of integrated team

- Very good written and oral communication skills

- Self-motivated individual with keen interest to learn new skills and add value to the team/organisation

- A team player who can also perform autonomously and organize himself.

- Prepared to travel.

- Able to easily express in English
