Electrician - Shutdown Maintenance (0-1 yrs)
To Handle Electrical responsibilities,Electrical Maintance,Communication & correspondence with Units & Client companies, Taking feedback & Reports etc.
1. To ensure real time basis shutdown maintenance
2. Ability to understand Electrical & Mechanical drawing
3. To ensure month electrical & mechanical Maintenance chart ready & manpower deployment accordingly
4. Proper monitoring of deviation & corrective action
5. Proper identification & codification of Electrical & mechanical equipments
6. Identification of health hazards associated with working area & risk evaluation
7. Daily maintenance of machine to ensure minimum loss of machine hours.
8. Utilization of M/C tools in appropriate manner
9. To carry out all legitimate instruction of superior
10. To follow ISO standard in Electrical department.
11. Worked on panel, D.G Set, Power control, panel control
12. Panel wiring, Transformer, Electrical Installation
