Job Responsibilities :
- Establishing a testing procedure for PCB's used by company Safety
- Testing Flame and Gas detectors manufactured by Company Safety
- Establish a quality assurance program for manufacturing of Company devices
- Overseeing the production process and implementing changes to make it more efficient
- Working with Hot and Cold Chamber during manufacturing process of Company products
- Configuration of detectors during assembly and testing
- Optics and other components assembly and installation into the final product
- Performing quality checks for incoming material for PCB, Metal, Optics and other related components
- Supplier visits for control and checking of manufacturing process
